Tenant Screening and Lease Execution

Credit and background checks for new tenants. Tenants are screened based on criteria set by The Abshure Realty Group.

Structured Lease negotiations with protections in place to protect owners from early termination. If owners allow, 6-24 month leases offered. Rental rates are determined by fair market value and adjusted according to lease term

Tenants have the ability to download our free app “Resident Center” in the Apple or Google play store. Allows submission of maintenance request, setup auto draft payments, and provide constant communication between management company and residents

Preventative and Unexpected Maintenance Handling

We have built a strong licensed and insured vendor network that helps reduce the overall costs associated with maintenance calls. Discounts are offered by our vendor network. Owners may submit additional vendors for The Abshure Realty Group to use. Owner submitted vendors must adhere to the quality and cost control standards set by The Abshure Realty group

No up-charge on repairs scheduled with contractors

Quarterly inspections through air filter changes.

24/7 Access to Online Reports and Accounting

Owners will receive 24/7 access to online financial reports, work orders and maintenance requests, task history and cash balance statements

Security deposits are held with the management firm in our designated Trust Account

Rental Owners are paid via direct deposit around the middle of each month.

Annual financial analysis of each property with your property manager
